Manage or cancel amble plus

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To manage or cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → amble. You can also reach this from inside amble under settings → amble plus → manage or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep plus until the current period ends.

Free trials

The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. amble reminds you before the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then to pay nothing.

Restore a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the paywall in amble and tap restore purchases. Because amble plus is tied to your Apple Account, it comes right back — there's no login to remember.

Your data

amble keeps everything on your device. You can export or delete all of it from settings → your data at any time. See our privacy policy for details.

Is amble a medical app?

No. amble is a gentle planning tool designed to work well for ADHD and neurodivergent people, but it does not diagnose or treat anything and is not a substitute for professional care.
