Acceptance

By downloading or using amble, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to apps licensed through the App Store.

What amble is — and is not

amble is a planning and productivity tool designed to be gentle for ADHD and neurodivergent users. amble is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including ADHD. It is a scaffold for structure and rhythm — not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or clinical care. If you need help, please talk to a qualified professional.

Subscriptions & billing

amble offers a free tier and an optional paid tier, "amble plus", available as:

  • Annual — US$39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
  • Monthly — US$6.99 per month.
  • Lifetime — a one-time purchase of US$79.99 (not a subscription; does not renew).

Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at purchase.

Auto-renewal terms

Payment for a subscription is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings on the App Store at any time. If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Purchases & refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies; requests are made through Apple, not through amble.

Acceptable use

Please use amble lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app beyond what the Apple EULA permits.

Disclaimer & liability

amble is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
